This form is intended for Canadian Registered Charities seeking permission to fundraise at the Islamic Society of Markham (ISM) during Ramadan periods. Please note the following important guidelines: Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. Fundraising is not permitted during Jummah prayers. Only ISM Imams and designated members may speak in the prayer hall. If approved, fundraising will be scheduled during Maghrib and Isha on a Saturday or Sunday only. You may be invited to come during Asr and Iftar time or Taraweeh time All approved organizations must bring: a) Three display banners b) At least four (4) credit card machines c) A minimum of four (4) male volunteers and one (1) female volunteer (more are encouraged) Please ensure you complete the form accurately and thoroughly. Applications will be reviewed internally, and you will be contacted if your request is approved.
